Program Description

Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) is an 8-week online psychoeducational program designed for those seeking a meaningful improvement in their quality of life. The program aims to strengthen emotional resilience and cultivate a profound sense of inner calm that carries through every aspect of daily life.
Grounded in the work of Dr. Chris Irons and Dr. Charlie Heriot-Maitland, the theory of Prof. Paul Gilbert, and the principles of neuroscience, this program provides the tools to reduce anxiety, promote overall well-being, and fortify mental health.
You will develop skills that help you:
recognize and regulate difficult emotions with greater stability
reduce harsh self-criticism and the sense of not being enough

how the human mind tends to get trapped in cycles of negative thinking and emotional distress.
the "three emotional systems" model and how many of us become trapped in emotional imbalance.
what compassion truly is: The attributes that strengthen it, the potential barriers to it, and how we can consciously cultivate it.
the three flows of compassion: Compassion directed toward others, received from others, and directed toward oneself.
how to develop skills that facilitate emotional regulation through mindfulness and compassion.
